UPCL, a Government of Uttaranchal undertaking is engaged in the business of distribution of electricity in the State of Uttarakhand. Applications are invited from eligible Indian Nationals or appointment to the following positions in UPCL :
Age : all candidates should be within 18-35 years. Relaxation in age as per rules.
Application Fee : A crossed Demand Draft, of Rs. 400/- only in case of General /OBC candidates and Rs. 200/- in case of SC/ST candidates in favour of EE (HQ), UPCL payable at Dehradun from a scheduled bank.

- Assistant Engineer (Trainee) (Civil) : 05 posts : Pay Scale : Rs. Rs. 15600-39100 grade pay Rs. 5400
- Junior Engineer (Trainee) (Electrical & Mech.) : 77 posts : Pay Scale : Rs. 9300-34800 grade pay Rs. 4200
- Junior Engineer (Trainee) (Civil) : 13 posts : Pay Scale : Rs. 9300-34800 grade pay Rs. 4200
